More recently this role has taken a shift from a technology focus to one of business requirements and establishing a framework for the future. Here at The RTM GROUP we call this Consultative Project Management as the principals of project management are adhered to rather than a systems development method - risk management, change management, scope management, financial management, resource management. Capabilities- REQUIREMENTS DEFINITION
- Using our Business Process Modeling tool or a subset, we assist the client to develop a Business Requirements definition which is input to any formal acquisition or development process.

- Using our Formal Tender Evaluation model, we are confident the most appropriate solution is found.

- We have many years experience in the development of all parts of the acquisition process from Expressions of Interest (EOI) through Open Tender (RFQ) or Selected Tender (RFT) Process.

- The RTM Group has been engaged on many projects that have "gone off the rails". We are specialists in identifying corrective action and implementing change to ensure the best result is achieved by our clients. We use both formal and informal project management methods to achieve the result from our client brief.
